Honor has launched its flagship smartphones of 2019, the Honor 20 series. In the Honor 20 series, we have the Honor 20 and the Honor 20 Pro. With this, Honor has made its official entry in the budget flagship smartphone lineup of 2019. Prior to this, we saw the OnePlus 7 being announced in India which can also be termed as a budget flagship from OnePlus.

Apart from that, we have the Asus Zenfone 6 too which comes with flagship specifications at a budget. Talking about the Honor 20 series, both the smartphones come with Kirin’s 980 chip, four cameras at the back and punch-hole displays

Honor 20 series is officially launched in Europe amid the controversy going on with Huawei in the US. However, we should tell you that Huawei has been granted a 90-day grace period in the US. This means that for the next 90 days, your Huawei devices will get Android updates normally.

However, we are not sure what will happen to Huawei and Honor devices after that. Nonetheless, there are talks that Huawei is already working on its own OS and will release it later this year.

Focusing on the Honor 20 series, we have two smartphones namely the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. Now, there is not much of a difference between Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro unlike the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. The displays on both these devices are identical coming in at a 6.26-inch with an IPS LCD panel. To achieve a nearly bezel-less design, Honor has included punch-hole cameras on its display.

Both the smartphones are powered by HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor. Honor 20 Pro has 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage whereas Honor 20 includes 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

On the front, we get a 32MP selfie camera inside its hole-punch display. At the back, Honor 20 Pro has slightly better camera hardware with 48MP+16MP+8MP+2MP setup.

On the Honor 20, you get a 48MP+16MP+2MP+2MP setup on the rear. This setup includes a primary, wide-angle, telephoto and macro lens respectively.

Honor 20 and 20 Pro come with 3750 mAh and 4000 mAh battery respectively. You also get 22.5W fast charging support which promises 0 to 50% charging in under 30 minutes, same as OnePlus’ Dash Charge.
