Motorola, a Lenovo-owned brand, is all set to launch its new smartphone in the market. This smartphone reportedly called the Motorola One Vision, will have a unique display. As per the leak, Motorola One Vision will have a 21:9 aspect ratio display. Prior to this, we have seen a 21:9 display only on the Sony flagship launched recently.

Also, it is interesting to note that Motorola One Vision will be powered by a Samsung Exynos processor. It means that we will not see either the Snapdragon or MediaTek processor on this smartphone. However, if reports are to be believed then the smartphone is likely to disappoint in the pricing department.

Motorola One Vision: 21:9 tall display, 48MP primary rear camera, and Exynos 9609 processor

Winfuture.de, a German publication, has revealed specifications and pricing of Motorola’s upcoming mid-range offering. This smartphone will come in the Motorola One series according to Winfuture. Motorola One Vision will have a uniquely tall display as per the reports. Currently, we have seen smartphones with 18:9, 19:9 or even 20:9 aspect ratio panels. But Motorola will include a 21:9 panel on the One Vision.

This display will reportedly be a 6.3-inch LCD full HD+ panel at 2520×1080 pixels resolution. Along with that, Motorola will make another big change on this smartphone. Rather than Snapdragon or MediaTek SoCs, Motorola will include a Samsung Exynos 9609 processor on this device.

This development is significant for two reasons. First of all, it shows that Samsung has started to outsource its Exynos processors to third-party OEMs as well. On the other hand, this will be the first time that we see a smartphone powered by Exynos SoC other than Samsung and Meizu.

Apart from that, Motorola One Vision will have 4GB RAM, 128GB internal storage and expansion via microSD card slot. At the back, we will see a 48MP primary lens along with a 5MP depth sensor for portrait mode. At the front, Motorola One Vision will come with a 25MP selfie camera.

Thus far, we can say that the Motorola One Vision looks fantastic on paper. However, there is a bit of a dampener with the reported pricing of Motorola One Vision. According to Winfuture’s sources, Motorola One Vision will be available for 299 euros in the European markets. In the US markets, Motorola One Vision might be priced at $350.

Coming to the Indian pricing, Motorola might price this smartphone in the sub-Rs. 25,000 segment. Motorola One Vision will come under Google’s Android One program, the same as last year’s Motorola One Power.
