Redmi 11 Prime Series and Redmi A1 Budget smartphones have officially launched in the Indian market. Xiaomi has announced the new Redmi handsets with various models and storage versions. The Redmi 11 Prime series includes the vanilla 4G model and a 5G version with the same storage choices but different color options.

However, the Redmi A1 arrives as a completely new handset with affordable pricing and entry-level specifications. These newly launched handsets from the Chinese manufacturer run on the MIUI with Android 12 and supports up to 20 Regional Indian languages. Let’s check out the full specifications, features, pricing, and availability of the Redmi 11 Prime series and Redmi A1.

Redmi 11 Prime Series Specifications

Both smartphones sport a 6.58 inches FHD IPS LCD with a 1080 x 2408 pixels screen resolution. These displays come with a 90Hz refresh rate, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and a screen-to-body ratio of 83.6%.

The series comes with a 4G variant that features the MediaTek Helio G99. The 5G variant of the 11 Prime features the MediaTek Dimensity 700 Chipset. On top of all, the handsets run on the Android 12 operating system with MIUI 13 skin.

However, the 5G variant slightly changes its camera system as it lacks the macro shooter, and the rest of everything is the same. The front-facing sensor on the new series of Redmi devices has an 8MP (4G variant) and a 5MP shooter (5G variant).
