OnePlus 9 Pro features the fastest Wireless charging technology to date in any smartphone as per the leaked reports. The upcoming 9 series from the Chinese flagship smartphone manufacturer will have an array of new features onboard.
The previous generation OnePlus 8 Pro have included wireless charging support with up to 30W and 30W of wired charging. Besides, the wireless charging, there is an upgrade on the wired charging of 9 Pro.
Tipster Ishan Agarwal with Pricebaba in collaboration has brought these leaks. They have reported that the OnePlus 9 Pro will have a 50W Wireless Fast Charging support. Furthermore, the 9 Pro will also feature Reverse Wireless charging.
Even though reverse wireless charging is not a new feature as other manufacturers such as Samsung, Huawei have implemented it long ago. This is a new feature introducing on the OnePlus devices.
OnePlus 9 Pro Wireless Fast Charging and Other Details
The Warp Charge 50 Wireless charger is an unannounced technology of the OnePlus. This Fast Charging technology will debut with the OnePlus 9 Series launch event next week. The 50W fast charging support from OnePlus is one of the only companies in the mobile market that’s bringing to the public.
It is the fastest as many other Chinese phone manufacturers provide wired 50W fast charging and lesser wireless charge rates on their devices.
This can be considered as a massive upgrade from the previous-gen OnePlus flagships. Besides, the OnePlus has planned to bring the fastest wired charging technology available to the consumers. OnePlus 9 Pro will out-of-the-box features the 65W Warp wired fast charging support. Moreover, the reverse charging technology is quite similar to the Galaxy series from Samsung and Mate series from Huawei. That transfers power to other devices at low speeds.
On the other hand, this year OnePlus has made plans to include fast charging support to the normal OnePlus 9 variant. Last year, the manufacturer has not included wireless charging support in the OnePlus 8.
Furthermore, the rumors suggest an upgraded thermal management system for a faster wireless charging experience. This year we can witness a fully feature-packed series of flagships from OnePlus.
