Moto G9 Power Launched With Triple Rear Camera, 6,000mAh Battery Starting At 11,999

The Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched the latest Moto G9 Power smartphone in India. The new Moto G9 comes with a hole-punch display, a triple rear-camera with a large 6,000mAh battery.

The smartphone also features two-color options and it is an IP52-rated water-repellent build.

Moto G9 Power Specifications

The Moto G9 Power features a 6.80-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. The IPS TFT display has a 20.5:9 aspect ratio with a screen-to-body ratio of 85 percent.

Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, coupled with Adreno 610 (at 950 MHz) GPU. It comes with a single 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. For storage expansion, it has a hybrid sim slot, that supports up to 512GB microSD card.

In the camera department, it has a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture, accompanied by a 2MP macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. It can record 1080 Pixel videos at 60 fps.

The rear camera comes with features such as Auto Smile Capture, Smart Composition, Shot Optimization, Night Vision, High-res Zoom, HDR, Timer, AR Stickers, Active Photos, Cinemagraph, Manual Mode, Portrait Mode, Cutout, Spot Color, Panorama, Live Filter, RAW Photo Output, Watermark, Burst Shot, Best Shot, Google Lens Integration.

For selfies, it has a 16 MP camera shooter on the front. Sensors onboard include Fingerprint Reader, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, and Gyroscope.

Additionally, the device is IP52 certified and has face unlock features along with Moto actions. The Moto actions include Quick Capture, Fast Flashlight, Three Finger Screenshot, Screenshot Editor, Flip for DND, Pick Up to Silence, Media Controls, Lift to Unlock, Moto Display Smarter Screen, and Google Assistant Voice Control.

The G9 Power runs on Android 10 with a complete stock experience. It has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging.

Price And Availability

The Moto G9 Power price has been set at Rs 11,999 for the single 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. The phone comes in two color options: Electric Violet and Metallic Sage. It will go on sale through Flipkart starting December 15.
