Xiaomi Buds 4 TWS Earphones Launched with Adaptive ANC, IP54 Rating, and 30-Hours Playback of Time

Xiaomi Buds 4 has made an entry at the Xiaomi 13 series launch event simultaneously in China. The brand has brought these new TWS earphones as a successor to the last year’s Buds 3. Moreover, these latest earphones from Mi feature adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) with Hi-Fi audio and pack dual magnetic drivers.

The newest earbuds from Xiaomi arrive with an IP54 rating built for sweat and water resistance. Besides, the company brings the TWS earbuds with Bluetooth v5.3 for connectivity, LHDC 5.0 as well as Hi-Res Audio support.

With the case on, the Xiaomi Buds 4 dimensions are 50.90×58.09×26.98mm. The size of the earphones is 18.62×30.68×19.70mm. The charging case with earphones weighs 37.65 grams, and each earbud weighs 4.4 grams.

The Buds 4 has customized graphene dual-magnetic dynamic drivers that support dynamic adaptive EQ compensation. The EQ compensation with a dynamic adaptive setting helps for better sound output. The earbuds feature an adaptive ANC that has the ability to eliminate 32.4km/h wind noise.

Additionally, these new TWS earphones from the company bring spatial audio to the field for a more immersive sound experience. Xiaomi takes the help of 3-AI-backed microphones on the buds that aid for the ANC and spatial audio. The case of Buds 4 includes USB Type-C for charging, and the buds come with an IP54 rating for sweat and dust resistance.

The Buds 4 arrives with Bluetooth v5.3, which works up to a maximum distance of 10 meters. Besides, these earbuds are the first to bring an LHDC 5.0 codec with a sampling rate of up to 192kHz. Moreover, you can find the  AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs and support for Hi-Res audio as well for the best sound experience.

Lastly, the battery pack of the case comes with a 480mAh cell that delivers up to 30 hours of playtime. On a full charge, the earbuds can provide a playback time of 6 hours. Individually, the earbuds feature a 35mAh battery which claims to give a playback time of 2.5 hours with just 10 minutes of charge.

Price and Availability

The Xiaomi Buds 4 gets a price tag of CNY 699 or Rs. 8,200 approx. in China. The brand brings these earbuds in various color options like Field Green, Moon Shadow, and Salt Lake White.

These new earbuds are currently available for sale in China and may soon arrive in global markets and India.
