Vivo Y35 4G Launched with Snapdragon 680 SoC, Triple Cameras and 44W Fast Charging

Vivo Y35 4G handset has officially debuted as a budget smartphone in the Indonesian market with a Qualcomm chipset and Triple Rear Cameras. This new affordable smartphone from Vivo features a plastic frame at back and a glass display on the front.

The brand has brought this latest device with a unique pattern on the plastic back. The camera setup comes in a boxy housing with an LED Flash. The front-display design includes a water-drop notch that houses the front-facing camera. Vivo has even equipped the device with a high-refresh-rate screen for a smoother experience.

Let us briefly check out the features, specifications, pricing, and availability of the newly announced Vivo Y35 4G smartphone.

The Vivo Y35 smartphone features a 6.58 inches Full HD+ display with a 1080 x 2408 pixels screen resolution. The screen provided on the device supports a 90Hz high refresh rate. A screen-to-body ratio of ~83.4%, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and a pixel density of 401 PPI. Under the hood, the device comes with a 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset paired with an Adreno 610 GPU for graphic-intensive tasks.

The camera module of the Vivo Y35 smartphone includes triple cameras featuring a 50-megapixel wide sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and PDAF. The secondary sensor comes with a macro shooter of 2-megapixel.

A 2-megapixel depth sensor for depth shots with an f/2.4 aperture. The front-facing camera of the handset resides in the water-drop notch of the display. It features a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling.

The connectivity options of the Y35 handset include Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, FM Radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port. Furthermore, the sensor array of the Vivo Y35 smartphone includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, proximity, gyro, and compass.

The storage on the device comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that supports storage expandability via a microSD card. The battery provided on the smartphone comes with a 5000mAh cell that supports 44W fast charging. The fast charging technology on the handset can juice up the battery from 0 to 70% in 34 minutes.

Price and Availability

The Vivo Y35 4G smartphone sells at IDR 3,300,000 or ₹18,000 in the Indonesian market. The company will bring the smartphone to the online e-commerce website Shopee for its first flash sale. The color options that the Y35 will sell include two distinctive shades: Dawn Gold and Agate Black.
