Realme Narzo 30 Announced with Helio G95 and Triple Cameras

Realme Narzo 30 is the new mid-budget smartphone from the company. The design and specifications of the smartphone are very similar to the Narzo 30A and Narzo 30 Pro 5G that launched in February 2021. The new device features a unique design with a racetrack-inspired chevron stripe at the back.

The other highlighting features of the device are its 90Hz display and 30W fast charging support. Apart from these, the display features a punch-hole design to accommodate the front-facing camera. The fingerprint sensor on the device is a side-mounted module.

Realme Narzo 30 Specifications

The Narzo 30 sports a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display supports and 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, 20:9 aspect ratio. A 90Hz refresh rate, 405ppi of pixel density, and a peak brightness of 580 nits.

An octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 chipset powers the device coupled with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The device runs on the Android 11 operating system with Realme UI 2.0 skin on top.

The camera module is a triple camera setup consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens. A secondary 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

The rear cameras feature an array of options such as Super Nightscape, Ultra 48MP Mode, Panorama, Portrait Mode, Time-lapse Photography, HDR, Ultra Macro, AI Scene Recognition, and AI Beauty.

The video recording capabilities of the Narzo 30 are up to 4K/ 30fps video recording. The front-facing camera of the device features a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor with f/2.1 aperture. Besides, the sensors provided on the handset are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.

The connectivity options are 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The battery capacity of the Narzo 30 device is a 5,000mAh cell with fast-charging support of 30W. The Dart fast charger is provided in the box for the device and can fully charge the device in 65 minutes.

Price and Availability

The Realme Narzo 30 comes for a price tag of MYR 799 or approx. Rs. 14,100 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The device flaunts in two color options such as Racing Blue and Racing Silver versions.

The smartphone is scheduled for sale in Malaysia as of now. There is no official information from Realme regarding the launch of this Narzo variant in India.
