Go, India, go! I’d LOVE to be able to buy my next cell phone from India as long as it can duke it out to a win over my present Huawei Honor 8 and work on US cell networks (I’m ATT right now). I don’t think Indian cell phones would have any barriers to US sales and I think we’re actively looking for something to compete with Samsung. Huawei has stumbled with their “security problems” and making political enemies here. The door is wide open for India to take their place!
