Vivo V21e 5G With Dimensity 700 SoC and 44W Fast Charging Launched

Vivo V21e is a new debut from Vivo that comes with 5G at budget pricing in India. The 5G handset market is growing drastically even before the arrival of the actual 5G connectivity in India. Vivo has taken its step towards 5G devices in the country with the launch of the V21e device. The smartphone comes with an appealing back design and a water-drop notch in the front.

Apart from these, the whole marketing of the device is made with Cricketer Virat Kohli as the brand ambassador of the V21e device.

The pricing of V21e is a bit higher when compared to other brands with the same chipset. Although, Vivo is known for its prices to target their devices in the offline market. A MediaTek Dimensity chipset powers the device with a dual-camera setup.

The V21e flaunts a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. A MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with Mali G57 GPU powers the device.

The storage capacity of the device is 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The software on the device can extend the RAM by up to 3GB using internal storage. Besides, the storage is expandable with an SD card with a cap of 1TB.

The camera module on the V21e is a Dual-Camera setup consisting of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens. The secondary sensor is an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens.

The front-facing camera on the Vivo V21e is a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. Vivo is known for its cameras; V21e is no exception with different AI and Beauty modes on the camera.

The connectivity options on the V21e are dual-band Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Besides, the sensors provided on the V21e are ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and e-compass.

The security options of the device include an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock. Furthermore, the battery capacity of the V21e is a 4,000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

Price and Availability

The Vivo V21e starts at a price tag of Rs. 24,990 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage variant. The color options of the V21e are Dark Pearl and Sunset Jazz colors.

Vivo is offering a Rs. 2,500 cashback with HDFC credit and debit cards on full swipe; as well as EMI transactions until June 30 in Vivo Stores. The device will arrive at Vivo India online store, Amazon, Flipkart, Bajaj Finserv EMI store, and other retail stores in India for sale.
