Besides, the newly arrived Surface Go 3 is a decent upgrade to the predecessor Surface Go 2 in terms of chipset and added features.

Microsoft Surface Go 3 Specifications

The Surface Go 3 comes with a 10.5-inches display, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a screen resolution of 1920 x 1280. The screen is protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and supports 10 point multi-touch points.

Moreover, the device has two different variants with dual-core Intel Core i3 and Pentium Gold 6500Y chipsets. Besides, the storage provided on this new device is 4GB eMMC; 128GB SSD, and 256GB SSD along with 4/8GB of RAM.

This separation of two variants makes sense where the personal users will opt for the Intel i3 version. Whereas the educational institutes, government, or public sector organizations will choose the Intel Pentium Gold variant.

Although there is no dedicated external GPU present on the 2-in-1 laptop; for the graphical intensive work, the manufacturer has provided an Intel UHD Graphics 615 GPU.

The connectivity options on the Surface Go 3 include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5, 4G LTE, and GPS. Also, the port selection on the device includes a 3.5mm headphone/microphone jack, one Surface Connect port, a MicroSDXC card reader, a nano-SIM tray, and a USB Type-C port.

Microsoft has provided two cameras with 8MP and 5MP sensors on the device that features up to 1080p resolution both on the front and back.
