iQOO has announced its latest version of the Z-series smartphone in India. The sub-brand of Vivo has brought the iQOO Z7 5G smartphone at affordable pricing in the country. The device features an AMOLED 90Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 5G chipset, and Dual Rear cameras. The handset runs on the latest Android 13 operating system with Funtouch OS 13.
The smartphone’s design comes with typical iQOO aesthetics from the previous versions of the brand. The device arrives in two unique color options and includes two different storage versions. The predecessor the Z6 5G has made waves in the country and the new version from iQOO would repeat the same, in terms of the pricing and hardware offering.

iQOO Z7 5G Specifications
The iQOO Z7 5G sports a 6.38-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The display comes with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support, an aspect ratio of 20:9, a pixel density of 414PPI, and 1300 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 930 5G Chipset paired with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU powers the device.
The camera module of the Z7 5G includes a dual camera system. The setup comes with a primary 64-megapixel wide sensor with PDAF and OIS. The secondary sensor has a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front-facing camera of the device features a 16-megapixel wide sensor with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling.
The connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The sensor array of the device features an in-display fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. The battery pack provided on the Z7 5G comes with a 4500mAh cell that supports 44W fast charging.
Price and Availability
The iQOO Z7 5G costs Rs 18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant in India. In contrast, the current price of the 4GB + 128GB edition of the iQOO Z6 5G is Rs 14,499. The phone goes on sale via Amazon starting on March 21 at 12 PM IST and comes in Blue and Black.
As part of the launch promotion, iQOO is giving customers who pay using ICICI and HDFC debit or credit cards a flat Rs 1,500 immediate discount. Furthermore, no-cost EMI and complimentary color earbuds come as an additional offering.
