iQOO 11 5G with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and 120W Fast Charging Launched in India

iQOO 11 5G has officially launched as the first flagship smartphone in India to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The device arrives with a particular edition version of the BMW Motorsport-inspired Legend color and two regular color versions. Besides, the brand has used Vivo’s image processing technology and included a Vivo V2 imaging chip that enhances the overall quality.

The flagship series from iQOO has a good history of camera performance, and the latest device leaves no exception with the 50MP primary sensor. Besides, the cameras support 4K Super Night recording and optical image stabilization (OIS). Moreover, the handset comes with one of the fastest charging capabilities provided by the in-box adapter.

iQOO 5G Specifications

The iQOO 5G sports a 6.78-inch 2K E6 QHD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. The display supports HDR10+, 120Hz variable refresh rate, 1.07 billion colors, a DCI-P3 color gamut, and up to 1800 nits of peak brightness.

Besides, the screen supports a 1440Hz PWM dimming and features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The smartphone runs on the Android 13 operating system with Funtouch OS 13.

iQOO 11 5G

Under the hood, the device gets powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 740 GPU. The processor gets paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB  of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The camera setup features a primary 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor with f/1.88 aperture, OIS and LED flash,

The secondary sensor comes with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. The tertiary 13MP 2x telephoto sensor features an f/2.46 aperture and a V2 imaging chip. The front-facing camera comes with a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.45 aperture for selfies and video calling.

The connectivity options include 5G,  4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, GPS, OTG, and NFC. The sensor array of the device features an in-display fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, compass, gyroscope, and infrared. Lastly, the battery pack of the iQOO 11 comes with a 5000mAh cell that supports 120W ultra-fast flash charging.

Price and Availability

The iQOO 11 is available in two versions: the 8GB+256GB Alpha, which costs Rs. 59,999, and the Legend, which costs Rs. 64,999 and has a Silicon leather back and a design inspired by BMW Motorsport.

The sale for Amazon Prime members starts at noon on January 12. The phone will be available through Amazon. in and iQOO.com starting on January 13.
