Apple has started a free screen replacement program for iPhone 11 users. The latest replacement program is for the iPhone 11 modules manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020. Apple says, these smartphones may face these touchscreen issues and the company is offering free service to eligible customers.

Apple has acknowledged that a small number of iPhone 11 displays “may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module”. The company has put up a support page on its website to help affected customers. Find out if you are eligible for a replacement.

Before taking your phone to the Apple service center, the company recommends that you take a backup of your data before getting the touchscreen issue fixed. If your display is cracked, you may have to get that repaired before the touchscreen issue is fixed.

Additional Information

Well, If you have already got your iPhone 11 repaired and it was affected by the same glitch touch screen issue. Then, you can contact Apple to get the refund by heading over to this page.

The program covers affected iPhone 11 devices for 2 years after the first retail sale of the unit.

Additionally, the company has mentioned that it may restrict or limit repair to the original country or region of purchase. Also, the worldwide Apple replacement program doesn’t extend the standard warranty coverage of the iPhone 11.
